We are developing a multilingual (English, Polish, Spanish, Czech) Service Marketplace Web and Mobile App using the MERN stack (Next.js, Node.js) and React Native. The platform connects users with service providers through features like KYC verification, subscription-based advertising, real-time booking calendars, and a rating system. Users can search, reserve, and manage services easily, while providers can list offerings, manage availability, and track performance. Admins oversee categories, subscriptions, payments, and platform content via a comprehensive dashboard.
• Admin manages users and service providers, approves or rejects provider requests
• Admin creates and manages service categories (e.g., hairdresser) and subcategories
• Admin sets and manages various subscription packages for providersService providers will register and verify their accounts througha KYC (KnowbYour Customer) verification process
• Providers will enter necessary contact and payment information
• Advertising is charged monthly and packages can be changed at the end of each month
• Providers can buy extra advertised dates at any time, with immediate activation after payment
• Providers can opt to offer discounts on services based on the points system allowing customers to redeem discounts when they have accumulated enough points.
